[PATCH 09/18] clk: add clock driver for MediaTek MT7620 SoC

This patch adds a clock driver for MediaTek MT7620 SoC.
This driver provides clock gate control as well as getting clock frequency
for CPU/SYS/XTAL and some peripherals.
