Missing license/copyright notice in zlib.h

Tan, Ley Foon
Hi Mike

All *.c and *.h files under https://gitlab.denx.de/u-boot/u-boot/-/blob/master/lib/zlib/ have header statement "For conditions of distribution and use, see copyright notice in zlib.h". But, there is no copyright notice in zlib.h. Are you miss adding it?

The file include/u-boot/zlib.h is the referred to "zlib.h" and boy does
that bring back memories.  It also should be sufficient information to
convert the zlib files to SPDX tags, thanks!
